Important rules
for your event

Follow these consumer rules for bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, and chairs so everyone stays safe and pickup goes smoothly.

Pets

We love pets — but they cannot be near rented equipment.

  • Pets are NOT allowed when equipment is in use or overnight.
  • You are responsible for repairs if pets bite, scratch, or damage equipment.
  • Keep all pets away from inflatables and water slides at all times.

Water slides — pool must be empty at pickup

If your order includes a water slide, the pool must be empty when we arrive to pick up the equipment. An extra charge may apply if water remains.

  • At pickup: drain the pool/alberca completely before our crew arrives to collect the water slide.
  • An extra charge may apply if water remains in the pool at pickup.

Before installation

Prepare the area so our crew can install safely.

  • Area must be clean and free of hazards (sharp objects, branches, rocks, animal droppings, electrical cords).
  • Keep at least 5 feet of clearance around the inflatable or water slide.
  • An electrical outlet must be available within 100 feet.
  • An adult (18+) must be present during installation.

During the event

Adult supervision and safe play keep everyone protected.

  • Always have adult supervision while units are in use.
  • No flips, wrestling, pushing, or rough play.
  • Do not use inflatables or water slides if winds exceed 20 mph.
  • Turn off the blower when the unit is not in use, especially overnight.

Pickup timing for bounce houses

Know when we collect the equipment and how overnight works.

  • Bounce houses and inflatables are typically picked up the morning after your rental day.
  • You may leave the unit overnight on the rental day at no extra cost if the place is safe and sheltered. Need same-day pickup? Contact us in advance.
  • Look inside the unit for phones, toys, and other personal items before we arrive. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

At the end of the event

Help us dry and clear the site for a smooth pickup.

  • Drain all water from the pool completely.
  • Turn the blower on for at least 30 minutes before pickup to dry the unit.
  • Pick up trash and personal items from the surrounding area.

Tables & chairs

Standard delivery leaves furniture stacked; arrangement is optional.

  • We do not arrange tables and chairs as part of the standard service — they are left stacked as delivered.
  • At pickup, tables and chairs must be folded and stacked the same way they were delivered.
  • Need setup help? Ask us for pricing — arrangement is available for an extra charge.
