Quick summary before you book

The sections below explain what to expect in a typical party rental with us: scheduling, fees, equipment care, and how we handle weather or changes. They are written in plain language to help you prepare.

The signed PDF is the binding contract. You will confirm the same version during checkout before your order is placed.

Rental period, delivery & pickup

Your agreement defines the event date, delivery window, installation surface, and when our crew returns for pickup.

  • Standard delivery and pickup windows are communicated when you book (typically morning through early afternoon).
  • You are responsible for providing clear access, power if required, and a safe setup area on grass or approved surfaces.
  • Equipment must remain where our team installed it unless we authorize a move in writing or by phone.
payments

Payments, deposits & fees

Pricing, minimum orders by delivery zone, and any deposits or damage charges are spelled out in the contract and on your order confirmation.

  • Balances and payment methods accepted at checkout (bank transfer or card, when enabled).
  • Cleaning, damage, or late-return fees may apply if equipment is not returned in agreed condition.
  • Taxes and delivery charges are included in the totals shown before you pay.

Safe use & supervision

Inflatables and event equipment require responsible adult supervision at all times.

  • Follow our published safety rules and capacity limits posted on site or in your agreement.
  • Stop use immediately in unsafe weather and contact us for guidance before deflating units.

Weather & changes

Texas weather can change quickly. The agreement explains how rescheduling or cancellations may work.

  • High winds, lightning, or heavy rain may require shutting down inflatables for guest safety.
  • Contact our team as early as possible if you need to discuss a date change.

Liability & governing law

The contract includes standard limitation-of-liability language and identifies applicable Texas law.
