These terms are provided in plain language for transparency. They are not legal advice. For each reservation, the rental agreement PDF you accept at checkout is the binding contract for equipment, fees, and event-specific obligations.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to visitors and customers who browse our catalog, use the contact form, build a cart, or complete checkout. They do not replace the rental agreement, delivery policies, or safety instructions that apply to your specific order.

You agree to these terms of use and our privacy policy.
Each order is also governed by the rental agreement version shown at checkout, including delivery, payment, and safety requirements.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order; contact us with questions instead.

Our services

J Fiesta Party Rentals provides party and event equipment rental in Texas, subject to availability and safe operating conditions.

Product descriptions, photos, and dimensions are for guidance; exact models or colors may vary when inventory changes.
We may decline or reschedule service when weather, site conditions, or safety rules cannot be met.
Promotional content on the site does not guarantee availability until your order is confirmed.

Quotes, orders & pricing

Pricing and availability are confirmed when you complete checkout or when our team confirms your reservation in writing.

Cart totals, delivery fees, taxes, and minimum order rules (see our delivery page) apply as shown before payment.
You are responsible for accurate event date, address, access instructions, and contact information.
We may correct obvious pricing errors before charging your card and will notify you when possible.

Payments & deposits

Online checkout collects a deposit only via our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe). The remaining balance is due at installation.

Deposit rules: $70 when your rent subtotal is $300 or less; 25% of rent subtotal when it is above $300 (before tax).
Failed payments, chargebacks, or disputed charges may delay delivery or cancel the reservation per the rental agreement.

Cancellations, deposits & weather

A $70 deposit reserves your date. Customer cancellations 14+ days before the event may receive a full deposit refund or a 12-month credit (subject to availability). Weather cancellations by J Fiesta may be rescheduled within 12 months or fully refunded.

Cancel 14 or more days before your event: full deposit refund or credit toward a future rental within 12 months (subject to availability).
If severe weather makes setup or use unsafe, J Fiesta may cancel; you may reschedule within 12 months or receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the event, or after installation, generally forfeit the deposit.

Your responsibilities

Renting inflatable and event equipment requires a safe environment and adult supervision.

Follow our safety rules and any instructions from our delivery crew.
Provide a suitable setup surface, power if required, and clear access for delivery and pickup vehicles.
Supervise equipment use at all times and keep children and guests within manufacturer guidelines.
Do not move, alter, or repair equipment without our written approval.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or rented equipment in ways that create risk or violate law.

Misuse of equipment, ignoring safety rules, or operating in unsafe weather.
Attempting to hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the website, payments, or accounts.
Providing false identity, payment, or event information.

Intellectual property

We invest in branding, photography, and site content to serve our customers.

Logos, text, images, and layout on this site are owned by J Fiesta Party Rentals LLC or licensors.
You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content for commercial use without written permission.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the website.

Liability for rentals and on-site incidents is primarily addressed in your rental agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site alone.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law & disputes

We prefer to resolve concerns directly with customers before formal disputes.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another jurisdiction is mandatory for consumers.
Equipment-related claims, injuries, or payment disputes are handled under the rental agreement and applicable Texas law.
You agree to contact us promptly so we can attempt good-faith resolution.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
